Deskripsi

Dampak krisis moneter sampai pada saat ini masih sangat dirasakan oleh bangsa Indonesia. Berbagai permasalahan yang semakin kompleks menjadikan perekonomian di Indonesia menjadi semakin tidak stabil. Hal ini mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan potensi sumberdaya-sumberdaya yang dimiliki dengan dilengkapi teknologi yang ada, agar perusahaan bisa bertahan dalam persaingan, baik secara regional, nasional, maupun global.

Untuk membantu dalam menyusun perencanaan penyelesaian proyek dapat menerapkan analisis Network. Disamping itu, Network dengan Critical Path Methode (CPM) dan Program Evaluation Review and Technique (PERT) juga dapat dipergunakan sebagai alat pengawasan yang cukup baik untuk penyelesaian proyek.

CPM adalah metode yang berorientasi pada waktu yang mengarah pada penentuan jadwal dan estimasi waktunya bersifat diterministik/pasti. Sedangkan PERT adalah metode yang berorientasi pada waktu yang mengarah pada penentuan jadwal dan waktunya bersifat probabilistik/ kemungkinan.

The purpose of IT Problem Analysis and Management course is to deliver competency and assures that participants have gained knowledge of the terminology, structure and basic concepts of IT Problem Analysis and Management and Incident Management which encompasses processes and has comprehended the processes of Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis and Potential Problem Analysis that support Problem Management and Incident Management.

The course is also intended to enable the participants to start and apply the basic concepts of the processes listed above in Problem Management and Analysis as related to the application and operation of Information Technology system.
