managerial and staff level. Effective leader is a leader who can set
an example to his subordinates. Ability to formulate strategies and
translate into action, communicate effectively and to manage conflict
is an art and a skill that can be learned. Courage to bear the risk
and make a decision at this difficult time will determine whether the
